Francis, at the tire center on Automation, was so extremely helpful today. I had to write a review because he went above and beyond. I needed help putting air in my tire and asked if they did that. He said, “Sure, I'm on my break, but I can help!” He helped direct traffic so the person in the space could exit and so I could go into the space. He helped with the air and also checked to see if there was a nail on my back tire. Customer service has really been lacking most places these days, so I am just thankful that there are... read more

five star for the name Francis car mechanic letting me know my car will finish in 20 min and let me put in my food first,but front desk told me come back 8:30 ..

I usually avoid writing negative reviews, but the Costco tire center definitely earned this one. If you're considering getting new tires, I would strongly advise against going here. To keep it brief, they didn’t change my tires, left the lug nuts loose, and my back left tire ended up flat. On top of that, their communication about reserving my tires was extremely poor.
