I’m extremely disappointed with Costco’s tire service. I came in for a simple nail in my tire, tires that I bought from Costco last month and ended up waiting over 3 hours, only to leave with the same nail still in the tire, because they said it will still take more than an hour. Why sell tires if you can’t service them properly? This was a complete waste of time, and honestly feels unacceptable for a company of this size.
