This was my first time getting a tire job at Costco, and it will definitely be my last. On 9/27 I bought 4 new tires and confirmed with Roy that all 4 TPMS sensors would be replaced. When I picked up my car, the TPMS service was not done even though I was told it was. When I came back today, Roy admitted they skipped the TPMS replacement but offered no apology. Lied to me about wait times, I waited hours and they still had not put my car in the queue. Completely wasted my time and left me stranded with no car and no fix.
After I waited for (EIGHT) 8 hours at the parking lot in a hot weather, they said "due to some policy, we can not repair your tire." go there if you want to waste your time and get bad service!
Francis at the Costco San Jose Tire Shop is the best. He gives the best customer service by helping with any questions, finding the right tires, and car battery. He is very attentive and makes sure that the job is completed. He is quick, efficient, and goes above and beyond to help the customers. Give him a raise!
