I don’t live in the area, but I always prefer going to the Costco Tire Center in Corona because of the honest, helpful service I receive—especially from the manager, Fernando. He went above and beyond by filling up my tires with air and even took the time to show me how to do it myself. They try to rip you off anyway that can. About a month ago I did my tire rotation with them after that my tire warning light came on and never went away. When I tried to tell them about the light, they tell me ohhhh we need to reset the sensors. When they came out to talk to me. They tell me ohhh you need a new sensors which will cost you $300 dollars. Which the Costco staff didn’t even try to reset the sensors and didn’t even touch my car. He just guessing. That is not very professional and didn’t even tried to help me.
Love Costco but tire shop is another story. Warning! Certain they make Commission because they try to sell your tires when the ones you currently have are perfectly good. Their prices are very high compared to other places. I recommend you shop around when a period when it comes to tires don't take the Costco name for granted. Not courteous. First time trying shock tire shop in bad experience. Will not be returning tire shop
My mother in law ordered tires and made an appointment online. I helped her do it. She arrived at the tires location on McKinley in corona. She was given a hard time by the person in the front desk because her main language is Spanish. Multiple people were helped before she was finally helped. Customer service and attitude were unacceptable. Id give negative stars if i could. The rating for this location is sad and needs some serious retraining and rethinking of how it is ran.
Brandon Ramey was excellent, polite, and respectful. Understood my concerns, took care of my need on time, and updated. Do appreciate.
