I would avoid this tire center if you can, made an appointment for 11:30 on a Thursday, came out to see how it was going at 12:15 and my car had not moved. I was told they were short staffed and that the car before me was having issues so they couldn’t swap me out. I had an appointment at 1 somewhere else and naively thought it would be done faster because I had an appointment for 11:30 at the tire center but no. Avoid this place if you value your time. My parents asked me to bring their vehicle in for a tire rotation because they purchased the tires here under their Costco membership. The vehicle is also in their name. For some reason, they refused to rotate the tires because my parents were not physically present, even though I was bringing in the same vehicle for basic service on tires purchased there. Completely unnecessary hassle and poor customer service.

Very disappointed with my experience at Costco. The tire they installed was old stock, dirty, and did not look new at all. I expected much better quality and service from Costco. This was a very bad experience.

After purchasing a set of tires online Bobby helped me in scheduling an earlier appointment than what was available on their website. Jose and Ernie also did a great job in installing my new tires in just under an hour! Overall, it was a smooth process and much appreciated.

Waist of time. Ordered tires off the website that stated they fit only to come in to my appointment for them to tell me they won't install them. Even though they are the same size tires that are on the car.
