Super fast and very friendly. I was surprised they had so many appointments available on such short notice. I got a flat last night and was able to get an appointment today at 1130.
I see why the ratings are at 2.8 stars. It's a tire shop with 1 floor jack and no one who knows how to use it. My vehicle didn't work with the 2 post lift. Fine. Their solution was to refund me $1500 and send me away. Why? No regard for my time spent making room in my day for a 10am appt. Is every other tire shop really working that much harder? Progressively worse service over the past 2 years. Rude answering the phone, keeping people on hold for over 20 minutes.. I know they are busy but it was two calls, both put me on hold for 20 minutes back to back saying it would be 5-10 minutes. I have also been misinformed about products in stock on two occasions. They will tell you a certain tire is in stock for your vehicle and on arrival, tell you they have to order them BUT you can buy a more expensive set that's available at that time. I have been coming to this Costco Tire Center for some time now. Typically, I schedule appointments to purchase tires and get them rotated for my vehicles, and in those cases, my service is done swiftly. For that, I give this location 5 stars. When I don't make an appointment, such as when I have a nail in my tire or any other reason, the time can be about 1.5-3 hours.. Not my favorite, but I completely understand this wait.
