I would like to sincerely thank Jay Fortuna and his entire team for their outstanding professionalism, knowledge, and commitment to customer service. Fast clean and accurate service decent prices good job it took about one hour to install four new tires
It’s cold outside (imagine that, in Chicago) get in my car and tire pressure is low on all 4 tires, exceptionally low on one. Costco took my car in right away and ended up finding a nail in one, they quickly fixed it, checked all of the tires and just aired those up and sent me on my way. We really appreciate the service we always receive from Costco Tire, fair prices and convenient hours.
