I had a great experience shopping at Costco. The store was very clean, organized, and stocked with a huge variety of products at really good prices. The employees were friendly and worked hard to keep everything moving smoothly even though the store was busy. Received the best price on the tires I could find locally, but despite having an appointment I waited over an hour just to have them take my vehicle into the garage and then another 1.5 hours for the new tires to be installed. I was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt… maybe they were short- staffed that day. Alas, no! When I brought the car in for the first tire rotation same thing…..waited an exorbitantly long time for them to even take my car into the garage despite having an apppointment. Bought 2 new back tires for my van. Great employees, super friendly. It was easy to set an appointment and order online.
Ordered tires from Costco & they sent me the wrong tires not to mention they refused to install the tires recommend for my truck by Costco. They also lost my custom valve stem caps & my drivers side door was covered with Grease. Should have went to Sam’s Club or BJ’S.
