Ordered tires from Costco & they sent me the wrong tires not to mention they refused to install the tires recommend for my truck by Costco. They also lost my custom valve stem caps & my drivers side door was covered with Grease. Should have went to Sam’s Club or BJ’S.

1. Excessive paperwork - it is nearly 2025, yet they use archaic, outdated business processes requiring 5-10 pieces of paper for just a tire rotation. 2. Long wait times. Appointments are usually 1/2 - 1 hour behind. 3. New, nitpicking managers will refuse to patch or plug your tire and honor your road hazard warranty, and will pressure you to buy new tires, if a puncture isn't perfectly located. There was a long wait despite a prescheduled appointment. They were not able to replace TPMS sensor and finished without completing the scheduled rotation.
