I would give zero stars if I could. Tire center took my money for four brand new Michelins and could not change my tires because they didn’t have the correct tool to remove MY LUG NUTS. Its a tire center. Speechless.
I spoke with Steven and he was a great help! I had a nail in my tire and they were booked up with appointments all day but was kind enough to let me know if there is time they could squeeze me in. There were other complications but he was great to me and my car is all fixed up.
I should have read all the reviews before scheduled my tire installation appointment at this location. Today I arrived on time for my tire installation appointment but had to spend 10 minutes finding a parking space. After waiting 15 minutes in line I was told that I have to reschedule because I was late for my appointment??? Excuse me? If you can't hold a reservation for your customers why you offered one? Stop wasting your time at this place. Worst Costco experience ever!
Ryan and his crew are the best. They took my car in for rotation and balance without an appointment and didn’t very efficiently. Highly recommend this Tire center for all your Tire needs.
Let me share with you the single worst experience at costco. This department is so incompetent and dysfunctional I am surprised they are “certified technicians.” Juan and Ernest rudely raised their voices and were unable to effectively communicate the requirements for my tire installation. Rodney yelled at me after exclaiming he was wearing the wrong name tag.
