Terrible customer service and lack of accountability! I had my tires replaced here last Friday. My car went into the shop with the TPMS (Tire Pressure Monitoring System) working perfectly fine with absolutely no warning lights on the dashboard. As soon as I got my car back, the TPMS light was on and the sensor stopped working. I called them today, and they completely washed their hands of the situation. AVOID IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME This was by far one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I’ve had. I first called on Monday and sat on hold for 30 minutes before deciding to come in person. When I arrived, I was met with a rude attitude from an employee named JJ, who told me they couldn’t fit me in that day, which was understandable.
