AVOID IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME This was by far one of the most frustrating customer service experiences I’ve had. I first called on Monday and sat on hold for 30 minutes before deciding to come in person. Checked in nine minutes late for my appointment because literally could not find a parking spot in the parking lot. Waited in line for five minutes, which did not seem to be a problem for them. Left work to come to this appointment and was refused service. Literally here for a tire rotation that would take them 5 minutes. He also sent the woman home ahead of me who was 10 minutes late. Over the phone they said they have my tires and set an appt. I showed up on time for appt but the lady at the front was on the phone for 15 mins. Then she proceeds to tell me that my appt has passed even though I was there on time and was delayed because she was on the phone. Then they said they don’t even have those tires in stock, even though they confirmed they have them over the phone. Wasted 2-3 hours of my day that I took off from work for nothing.
Been waiting two hours for a tire repair I had an appointment scheduled for. Still sitting here. My car’s actually been done for 20 minutes but the one guy who can “release cars” is too busy ringing in new customers too back my car out of the stall. I hate it here.
I had a flat tire during my road trip to San Diego and I had to book an appointment for the tire check fix. The staff there were warm and friendly and they completed fixing the tire a bit ahead of time.
