If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I came in with a flat tire expecting it would be changed for free or close to it since the tire was basically new. After waiting about 50 minutes, a technician named Cesia came out and said the tire was not repairable and would need to be ordered. She quoted me ~$106 for a tire that costs around $210 total. (updated 2025) Starting with the good: you can get very highly rated tires at a relatively good price. The price is similar to what you pay outside for lower speed rating tires. That's where the good things end. From there it is downhill. This is a summary of 10+ years of experience: - You have to wait a long time to get specific tires shipped. Very bad customer service . I purchased a battery from them , it went bad after 7 month . Supposedly the battery was under warranty. When I took it back I ended up paying 50 dollars for some BS paper work . Plus the manager “Anthony Cruz” accused me of abusing the warranty system . Very very rude .
Bad customer service I still have warranty on a battery and they still want to charge almost full stupid to buy a battery there never go back
