I had a great experience at the Costco Tire Center. The staff was friendly and helpful, and I was in and out quickly. It’s really convenient that they’re open on Sundays, which makes scheduling a lot easier. I’ll definitely come back when I need new tires.
I came to get a tire repair for my car, and they let me know it would be ready within an hour, hour and a half. Hung out at the Starbucks until about 2:40, at which point I realized I had dropped my car off two hours prior. Decided to walk back over and see if there was a hold up only to find out my car had been ready for an hour. No phone call or anything. The price is good but I wish they installed the tires too.
Costco Tire Center is the only place you should be getting your new tires. The service is great, they have plenty of locations, and I recently had a flat tire and the tire was repaired by Costco at no charge. No hassle and no charge.
