Need their scheduling system fixed. Allows scheduling before shop is even open. Very inconvenient.
Disappointed with Costco Tire Center – Needs Serious Improvement I had a very frustrating experience at this Costco Tire Center. The team is unprofessional and does not take their job seriously. They fail to keep appointment promises, often running late with no sense of urgency. To make matters worse, they did not install the tire caps correctly, forcing me to return or go to a car dealer to fix their mistake.
