They’re really nice, helped me unload and load my single tire I needed a warranty replacement since I had a flat and they honored their hazard warranty.
Incredibly rude and unprofessional staff
It's hard to get through on the phone to schedule an appointment.
My tires were placed on my vehicle at another Costco location in Northern California. Jump two years to now and heard a clicking sound and discovered a screw embedded in my tire. I called the Costco tire center and made an appointment. Brought the car in and the vehicle was inspected immediately and told it would take about an hour and a half. Been a costco member since 2013. Long lines, poor response time. Cant schedule online unless you buy a tire. Such a joke to save a couple bucks. Go somewhere else and get some real customer service.
