Disappointed with my tires service this time around. No issues time wise, but the tires I got were dirty and they got my rims dirty with some white paint? Not really sure what that is, but was not there before. Don’t think, I’ll be making another purchase in the future.

If I could Id give it 0 stars. DO NOT CHANGE YOUR TIRES UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR CAR DAMAGED!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am giving Costco 5 stars because of the great service I received from Daniel Machometa. He was very courteous and attentive. He knew I was waiting a long time and made sure I was taken care of. He also serviced my TPS system. Daniel is a valued employee of Costco and should be recognized.

Made an appointment for a leak repair, and even with the appointment waited for 2.5 hours. They called about an hour and a half in to say that the sensors needed to be replaced and that's why I was getting the sign, they didn't see any screws or nails. I told them, no, I definitely have a slow leak. Don't replace the sensors, if you can find the leak just patch it. I had to wait 10 minutes in line to check in my car for the appointment. After that, I waited an additional 1 hour and 40 minutes for the tire installation. Once the installation was complete, I waited another 10 minutes in line to get my car back. Unfortunately, the service advisor was disrespectful to both me and another customer ahead of me.
