I was pleasantly surprised by my experience at Costco Tire in Mishawaka, especially after reading reviews while waiting for my service. Had a 1 pm appointment. It is now 2.5 hours later for 4 tires. Front desk looked completely scrambled. Never informed us that they needed to put new lugs on but checking by other reviews seems to make sense. I wouldn’t recommend tires here. No excuse for 2.5 hours, with no explanation. Don’t set up appointments for people if you’re going to take forever.
I had an appointment made in advance for installing new tires. And yet I had to wait almost 3 hours. Then they damaged the car while in the bay, and called me "to let you know" that it was damaged. I had to talk to multiple staff about who is going to pay to get it fixed. Wasted a lot of my time. The same tech didn't know what a wheel lock / lug nut key is.
