I bought tires from Costco a few months ago and was driving home and hit something that caused one tire to pop and flatten. As we were changing to the donut, I called and spoke to Drew at Costco. He offered to stay open a little later for me so that I could get my new one ordered that day. He was kind and friendly and really helped turn an unfortunate moment into a positive customer service experience. Thanks, Drew!
Set appointment for 1115 Saturday, March 14, 2026. Arrived on time was told it would be an hour to an hour and a half to rotate tires. I went shopping for an hour and 30 minutes, upon which I checked on my vehicle and was told it would be another half hour to an hour to complete the task. It does not take 2 1/2 hours to rotate four tires. What I witnessed was a lot of people standing around talking and lollygagging. You want to get things done, you gotta go to work!
I made an appointment for service. They called and rescheduled because they didn't have the parts. I Went back for the rescheduled appointment and I told them exactly why I was there. I waited for over an hour only to find out They rechecked my tires to tell me what service I needed. I already knew ehat was needed AND had told them what was needed when I checked in for the appt. Good estimates on time to install new tires!!!
Two and a half hours to get 4 tires changed. Was told it would be one and a half hours. Will not be back
