I made an appointment for service. They called and rescheduled because they didn't have the parts. I Went back for the rescheduled appointment and I told them exactly why I was there. I waited for over an hour only to find out They rechecked my tires to tell me what service I needed. I already knew ehat was needed AND had told them what was needed when I checked in for the appt. Good estimates on time to install new tires!!!
Two and a half hours to get 4 tires changed. Was told it would be one and a half hours. Will not be back
Going on 2 hours for a tire rotation. With an appointment.
