I was pleasantly surprised by my experience at Costco Tire in Mishawaka, especially after reading reviews while waiting for my service. Although there is no designated waiting area, the availability of a food court and the opportunity to shop made the wait more convenient and efficient. Overall, my experience was positive. Had a 1 pm appointment. It is now 2.5 hours later for 4 tires. Front desk looked completely scrambled. Never informed us that they needed to put new lugs on but checking by other reviews seems to make sense. I wouldn’t recommend tires here. No excuse for 2.5 hours, with no explanation. Don’t set up appointments for people if you’re going to take forever.
