I finished shopping and went to fill up my tires using the self service machine as I had a warning light. Wasn’t paying attention and ended up deflating two of my tires badly (facepalm). Thought I was out of luck but pulled up behind the tire center anyways as I could not drive with these 2 tires which were pretty much flat. BIG SHOUTOUT TO WESS! Understaffed front desk. Slow service. No one picks up the phone. Rude employees - including the female manager. I don't think the prices are worth your time and energy. The only good thing about this place is the fact that you can shop at Costco while you wait. But even so they are just too slow to overcome all the negatives.
What happened to customer service? Some employees seemed like they don’t want to work with people. Maybe you shouldn’t work in retail or deal with customers. Your little attitude with”they got cameras” and “yes we can see you” at the tire shop will run off customers quick. Keep it up. Yes ,we got options and other membership clubs to take our businesses too.
I purchased my second set of tires for my Mercedes-AMG vehicle at Costco, and unfortunately the service has been very disappointing. The technicians failed to recognize that this vehicle has a staggered wheel setup (different wheel widths front and rear). Not only did they mount the tires incorrectly, but I later learned from my dealership that all 3–4 previous rotations done at Costco had also been incorrect because they were treating the setup as if it were not staggered. I ordered tires online and was called to come in earlier than my originally scheduled appointment. I arrived on time, but the installation took 1.5 hours—30 minutes longer than promised. I checked in multiple times during the wait, but the staff seemed indifferent and offered no updates. I specifically asked to speak with the manager, but no one showed up or followed up.
