I purchased my second set of tires for my Mercedes-AMG vehicle at Costco, and unfortunately the service has been very disappointing. The technicians failed to recognize that this vehicle has a staggered wheel setup (different wheel widths front and rear). Not only did they mount the tires incorrectly, but I later learned from my dealership that all 3–4 previous rotations done at Costco had also been incorrect because they were treating the setup as if it were not staggered. I ordered tires online and was called to come in earlier than my originally scheduled appointment. I arrived on time, but the installation took 1.5 hours—30 minutes longer than promised. I checked in multiple times during the wait, but the staff seemed indifferent and offered no updates. I specifically asked to speak with the manager, but no one showed up or followed up. Updated review. They need more workers or something in management needs adjusting. I came by due to my tire pressure light being on, and of course with commute concerns and driving high speeds in Augest summer heat, I brought my vehicle by for emergency tire repair (as I assume that there must be a nail in the tire). On a Tuesday late morning/afternoon, walk-ins aren't usually this inconvenienced. I came in at 10 minutes after 12pm, and for the record, the car is still in waiting (2:45CST). Repaired and replaced tires same day with warranty discount. Other costco locations wanted to take out 2 tires but this location was able to repair 1 and saved me money. I see other bad reviews, but the lewisville crew left me satisfied they would rather repair and fix issues than take the easier route and cost me more money by buying new upon issues
