RecommendedLove Costco, but pretty disappointed I can’t place a cake order over the phone. As a member who has to make a 35 minute drive each way to get to this warehouse it’s very inconvenient to have to drive there twice just to get a custom cake ordered.
Bought the street tacos for dinner tonight (fresh food area, just past the rotisserie chicken). It was delicious!

I love Costco for everything EXCEPT their joke of a tire department. Costco, stop pretending to take appointments and making promises you NEVER have kept - not a single time - in all my experience with you. I can make an appointment for opening time, show up 15 minutes BEFORE the store opens, and STILL need to wait 2 hours for service. I just spoke to my wife who simply needs a tire rotation and she's been there going on 2 hours past her appointment time while still waiting for service. Just wanted to take the time to thank Molly at the Sun Prairie store. I needed to get hangers today and searched and couldn’t find them. Molly happened to walk by and I asked for assistance. She couldn’t find them in the spot they usually are and nobody else could either. She searched at least 20 minutes to find them because she knew they were in the store somewhere. She didn’t give up and she stayed in contact with me and hand delivered them to me. Now that was customer service and all with a smile on her face! Thanks Molly... read more
Wanted to get my hearing aids tips changed out. Never a problem in Middleton, over an hour to do a couple minute job in Sun Prairie.
I like costco better then any other retail establishment. But i was in their yesterday asking about their plan to remove the $1.50 hot dog and pop. I asked several employees in red vests and they said. '' They did not know anything about that''. So what is the truth?
