Avoid at all costs. The most inexperienced group of unprofessional individuals I’ve ever worked with. A simple nail in the tire replacement that cost me $11.99 that they didn’t understand how to do ended up being $1000 repair at the dealership. When I went through their insurance adjuster who claimed to be independent in the end with every proof point I had with every image with even the video from the tire center showing them take my tire off and not be able to put the tire back on until they had to break a nut wasn’t enoug... read more
Had an easy experience booking an appointment, the tires were delivered as purchased and notified, and yes the wait for an installation took a while end to end (from walking in for service check in and getting keys to drive off) but I had anticipated that already given any type of essentially walk-in service request for a very busy store. Can't say I had any 1 star experiences but overall it was not a 5 star experience any of the 3 times I had my car's tires serviced here. They definitely seem understaffed and short on communication. The techs were nice enough, but the overall experience is frustrating when the only way to streamline things is to drop off at first thing in the morning and call for updates after when you were supposed to receive them. My car was damaged and it took over 2 hours for a tire rotation. I went back and filed a claim the day after my appointment on 12/14 and I still haven't heard from a representative. I have tried calling the service center but nobody picks up the phone. Will NEVER be going back.
