Poor management! Poor service! They refused to fix a simple tire puncture, claiming it was due to a very minor alignment issue. I explained that I wasn’t asking them to fix any tire damage from misalignment - only to repair the puncture, which is covered by their warranty. They still refused and then came up with another excuse, saying they wouldn’t do it because I missed a tire rotation. It’s clear they will look for any reason to avoid doing warranty work. Very disappointing.
Declined us fixing a puncture because of the tire wear, even though it is not mentioned anywhere on their policy. Supervisor Joselyn was not professional and was cutting us off, manager Diane also stated that they will not fix the issue which completely against the warranty policy by making another rules
2.6 review does tell something. Do not come here! We went there, the employees their were nonchalant, no one come to help us instead of leaving us there, then they took our car, pull out the nail, we can hear the tire is leaking, then they said they can not fix it, then asked us to drive away. Like a joke… second day, we went to America’s tire, they fixed it within 10 mins, FREE. COSTCO, hire someone better
I called Costco Tire Service Center at 115 technology Drive Irvine, but they dropped at the fisrt time and put the hold waiting for forever. Really bad customer support. So dissappointed
