Terrible service. With an appointment for a simple tire rotation it took over 2 hours in the middle of the day on a Wednesday. It was an hour before they even started on my car and that was because I talked to the manager. In the middle of the tire rotation the technician stopped working on my car and started working on another car. I had to talk to the manager again so they would finish my car. I missed my daughter's school pickup because it took so long and I assumed the service here was half-way competent. I was wrong.
They keep you waiting for very long, the customer service is the worst I have seen. Do not recommend.
Worse tire center to take your car. This personal needs training or they need to be fired.
