Not helpful at all. Literally have a flat tire and they refused to help. Not at all the Costco I know. You need to replace your employees here. Godawful attitude
Set two appts for two vehicles. Was told both times, "Should be 1, maybe 1.5 hrs". Ended up being 2.5 hrs for both vehicles. No use setting an appt here and dont ever trust what they say on the wait time. The guys helping were at least friendly, but I'll take accurate over nice.
Be prepared the wait all day. It doesn’t matter what your apt is. It’s a non-existent concept to them. Had to wait 2+ hours after making an apt and them telling me it would be the earliest they could take someone. Just go somewhere else.
Standing here in line, I was like I wonder what the reviews are and why am I waiting so long...well, reading the reviews answered that. 2.9 stars for a Costco! Wow. First day here to get a battery it literally took 30 minutes with one person in front of me. Now today I am dropping off the battery and $15 dollars is not worth the wait. Two people before me today and I have passed the 20 minute threshold. Almost tempted to just leave the battery and go. Poor management! Poor service! They refused to fix a simple tire puncture, claiming it was due to a very minor alignment issue. I explained that I wasn’t asking them to fix any tire damage from misalignment - only to repair the puncture, which is covered by their warranty. They still refused and then came up with another excuse, saying they wouldn’t do it because I missed a tire rotation. It’s clear they will look for any reason to avoid doing warranty work. Very disappointing.
