Poor customer service and management.
I didn't have any issues were pleasant to work with, I did forget to get refund on my tire disposal fee. I will see about that my next visit. For the price I got the tires for I had no issue with taking a chance on the store. Michelin defender 2 225/55/r18 with discount was best price around. I double checked tires and car didn't see any issues.
Front end employees and customer service so far good, pharmacy not great not horrible. If I could give zero stars to the tire center I would. Purchased two sets of tires in the past without issues but recently *TRIED* to purchase a set of tires for my 2012 Town & Country and nothing but issues from the start. Took over 10 minutes for anyone to notice the six people lined up then after another 15 minutes I finally get to talk to a snarky woman who is clearly unhappy with life.
