Absolutely phenomenal service, literally the best experience with a tire shop I have ever had in my life. The technician Alex was just awesome! Nice, professional, and knowledgeable. Not only did he finish the job in half the time estimated, but I happened to be walking out of the store after shopping and he saw me and drove the car right up to me. Signed the papers and was on my way. Give this man a raise Costco!!! I will be coming back here and telling my friends and family to do the same.

If I could give them a 1 star I would. The girl at the counter told me to come super early to get the car done early. I came at 8:30am and was first in line for walk ins. I followed up in the afternoon and the customer service said “we have one car ahead of you, once they are done, we’ll get to your car”. 7:45pm comes and THEY STILL HAVNT EVEN TOUCH THE CAR!!!!! Being first in the store and they still havnt even gotten to my car which has been sitting there all day. The guy on the phone seemed like they were missing my keys ... read more
I called and was told I did not need an appointment for a tire rotation and to just show up at 9 AM as a walk-in. That’s exactly what I did. The guy told me it would be 2 hours. So I walked home (luckily it was my day off and I live nearby.) Then I called them 6 hours later when I have not received a notification. I was convinced that someone simply forgot.
