Great service experience. People were very helpful.
If I could give them a 1 star I would. The girl at the counter told me to come super early to get the car done early. I came at 8:30am and was first in line for walk ins. I followed up in the afternoon and the customer service said “we have one car ahead of you, once they are done, we’ll get to your car”. 7:45pm comes and THEY STILL HAVNT EVEN TOUCH THE CAR!!!!! Being first in the store and they still havnt even gotten to my car which has been sitting there all day. The guy on the phone seemed like they were missing my keys ... read more
I called and was told I did not need an appointment for a tire rotation and to just show up at 9 AM as a walk-in. That’s exactly what I did. The guy told me it would be 2 hours. So I walked home (luckily it was my day off and I live nearby.) Then I called them 6 hours later when I have not received a notification. I was convinced that someone simply forgot. I was told that my car was not ready because they prioritize people who have appointments. So I explained to the guy that I was told I did not need an appointment! He sai... read more

appointments and time are neither respected nor honored here. make sure to allot a minimum of 3 hours for a tire installation. my car has not even moved from it's spot for 2 hours i even showed up early.
