Bought tires and made an appointment (Costco Norwalk)..took a long time to change tires considering an appointment was required. My car was still in the parking lot for a bit after my appt time. They were in a rush to get me out of there and never mentioned they scratched and dented all four hubcaps in the process. Costco..you owe me four new hubcaps..the condition was like new when I brought my car in and it is FAR from that now. I called yesterday to ask about tire patching. They said they could patch the tire on my vehicle. Did not say anything about it needing to be a tire that they sell once I got it towed there. They said they can’t patch it because they don’t sell the particular tire and that I would need to buy four brand new tires even though the car has less than 1000 miles on it. Horrible customer service! As I walk in not one person acknowledged me and two men where at the desk. Supervisor named Eric is the worst, as he’s with a costumer he’s being so rude and kind you these people are an older couple. As it’s my turn in line looks at me and just storms off, talks horrible to his co-worker. Do not go to this tire center. Not one of the supervisors working there are knowledgeable able Cars.I was assisted by a supervisor with a very heavy Spanish accent I could barely make him out,was rude and so unprofessional.I was asked to step aside to assist a Spanish speaking member.👎👎
