Extremely impressed. Great customer service. Thr nicest and most helpful people - Santiago and Eric were superb. I had an issue and they were both beyond helpful. Price is right too and I can get my tires rotated every 6k miles for free. Go there!
Called to see if they would look at my tires, guy who answered was very rude, asked me if my tire pressure light was on or not, and then told me they're not a full service shop and hung up abruptly. I don't know that it's not an issue with my tire, google said it could be! UPDATE: There was a screw in the tire! I'm sure had any service rep at this Costco had actually bothered to look at my tire that they would have been able to assess that.
