I called yesterday to ask about tire patching. They said they could patch the tire on my vehicle. Did not say anything about it needing to be a tire that they sell once I got it towed there. They said they can’t patch it because they don’t sell the particular tire and that I would need to buy four brand new tires even though the car has less than 1000 miles on it. Horrible customer service! As I walk in not one person acknowledged me and two men where at the desk. Supervisor named Eric is the worst, as he’s with a costumer he’s being so rude and kind you these people are an older couple. As it’s my turn in line looks at me and just storms off, talks horrible to his co-worker. Do not go to this tire center. Not one of the supervisors working there are knowledgeable able Cars.I was assisted by a supervisor with a very heavy Spanish accent I could barely make him out,was rude and so unprofessional.I was asked to step aside to assist a Spanish speaking member.👎👎
Unreliable Service. I made an appointment for the next day. I get there early register and gave them my key went into Costco to shop and then after about an hour they call me and told me they couldn't service me tires even though I bought them there. I needed them rotated and balanced. The " Tire Technicians" gave me a ridiculous explanation and stated because of there policy they couldn't touch my tire and then proceeded to give me all these technical explanation which he's not qualified to tell me and at the end of his scr... read more
