I had an appointment. They took the car in an hour late. If they told me they are running late, I would have come back in an hour.
Let me just say Dave and Eric are the best. Even when they were short handed, they remained professional and took care of my needs. Will definitely be back again!
It's hard to find decent people to employ these days even at Costco (known to be a good place to work) where about half the employees have positive, helpful attitudes and are pleasant to deal with, and the other half, well, let's not even begin to talk about. At the Tire Center Danny is an exemplary member of the first group, personable, knowledgeable, communicative, professional, and a pleasure to work with, a real credit to the Costco organization and it's Norwalk store. If he is not already a manager, he should be.
