Purchased new tires for my 2018 Toyota Avalon on 10/21/2023. Had the new tires installed today, 11/14/2023. Had a noon appointment and finally got the car that my car was ready at 1:45 p.m. But that is not the biggest problem (read on). The sale person that helped me select new tires was Marcus G. He was polite and helpful. During the purchasing process, I mentioned that my old tires did not last anywhere close the the warranty.
