Good deals on tires and friendly enough, but in over 14 years of being a customer of the tire facility, 9 times out of 10 they tell you up to an hour for a rotation and balance and it ends up being over 2 hours - this is with an appointment… disappointing. Either fix the issue or set proper expectations for your customers.

Same as previous reviews... Made an appointment for a tire rotation and I waited 2 hours. They never answered the phone calls. When I went to front desk, there were multiple upset customers I had to wait behind. Appointments clearly don't matter. They also stripped one of the lug nuts (putting on previously and taking off now) and told me to find a shop to fix it.

3 hour wait for tire rotation and balance. I had an appointment but it doesn’t matter. Schedule early and bring a thick book.

1:45 appointment for tire repair, on time and checked-in. My bluetooth turns on, telling me they’re pulling my car into the garage at 2:45. I’m still here at 3:34 waiting for my car.

Shopped at costco a lot, but first set of tires. Won't use them again - Made an appointment for 1, was there 45 minutes early. Still didn't get pulled in till 30 minutes late - I told them when I ordered the tires that they were a different size than stock, then when I made the appointment but they still wanted to call me and delay install even more - Then called me right back that they couldn't find the wheel key.
