This tire center made me question whether I even want to shop at costco anymore. They scheduled me an appointment and didn’t have my tires, didn’t call when my tires were supposed to arrive- to tell me they didnt, and were delayed another half week. I finally got my tires on, but they just threw my stuff into the back of my car. It was in a storage bin, which they emptied for some reason?? And just left everything spread across my cargo area. Terrible experience with my first time buying tires at Costco. Had to go back 3 times within 2 weeks of getting tires and each time waited almost 2 hrs. Great tires, terrible service.
Good deals on tires and friendly enough, but in over 14 years of being a customer of the tire facility, 9 times out of 10 they tell you up to an hour for a rotation and balance and it ends up being over 2 hours - this is with an appointment… disappointing. Either fix the issue or set proper expectations for your customers.
Same as previous reviews... Made an appointment for a tire rotation and I waited 2 hours. They never answered the phone calls. When I went to front desk, there were multiple upset customers I had to wait behind. Appointments clearly don't matter. They also stripped one of the lug nuts (putting on previously and taking off now) and told me to find a shop to fix it.
