1:45 appointment for tire repair, on time and checked-in. My bluetooth turns on, telling me they’re pulling my car into the garage at 2:45. I’m still here at 3:34 waiting for my car.

Shopped at costco a lot, but first set of tires. Won't use them again - Made an appointment for 1, was there 45 minutes early. Still didn't get pulled in till 30 minutes late - I told them when I ordered the tires that they were a different size than stock, then when I made the appointment but they still wanted to call me and delay install even more - Then called me right back that they couldn't find the wheel key. The staff was very nice and they took good care of our car. The price for the tires was quite reasonable. Just knocked one star out because the service took almost two hours. But in their defense, it's Costco so it's always full of people.

I have purchased new tires on four different vehicles at this Costco. 70k and 80k mile rated tires. All scheduled rotations performed. Also have periodic tire alignment. By 40k-50k miles on the tires, they refuse to rotate or balance even though that is covered by warranty. For each vehicle they have claimed there is some safety issue. When I show them how the tread depth measurements or something else is not what they say it is, or that rotation would make things more safe, they just say safety 5 times and refuse to do anyt... read more
