I have purchased new tires on four different vehicles at this Costco. 70k and 80k mile rated tires. All scheduled rotations performed. Also have periodic tire alignment. By 40k-50k miles on the tires, they refuse to rotate or balance even though that is covered by warranty. For each vehicle they have claimed there is some safety issue. When I show them how the tread depth measurements or something else is not what they say it is, or that rotation would make things more safe, they just say safety 5 times and refuse to do anyt... read more

They need to understand what appointments mean and how to schedule time slots for members who have made appointments, otherwise their system will have problems. If your appointment is for 2 o'clock, they may not start servicing your car until an hour later or even longer. If they don't know how to schedule an appointment, just cancel this service.

Don't bother making an appt, it won't matter. You'll wait an hour and a half before they pull your vehicle in, tell you it's repairable, just to change their mind 10 min later and tell you they can't plug it.
