Mason in the tire service department immediately ran to help us out and not only checked to see if they could replace our flat tire. When they couldn't, he went to see if they could patch it. They patched it immediately and put it on for us! Seriously incredible service and kindness. I cannot express enough how this helped save our trip.
I was told my appointment would take ONE HOUR! IT IS NOW OVER TWO AND MY CAR STILL AIN'T READY!!!!!!!! Have respect for people's TIME!!!!!
I've used this location for tire service many times now. I have purchased multiple sets of tires and have done maintenance here many times. There has not been one issue. Sure sometimes they are very busy and the wait is a little longer than I would like but I really cannot complain overall. I am very satisfied with the service, cost, and quality. Costco tire is very hard to beat.
