Don't get your meds filled here. They can not keep the refill schedule on track. We have been contacting them for over 4 weeks to get ibuprofen filled. They said the doctor wasn't responding, so I contacted my doctor. The next day I get a text from the pharmacy that they received it and will be ready withing 24 hours. The pharmacist I talked to said "if you needed the meds this badly you should've been more responsible" keep in mind I have the texts every single time the pharmacy asking me to fill it. They are getting hostile at the door when you come in and show id. I was 5 steps behind my wife and got yelled at

Typically when you pick up a prescription, the person at the counter shows you what you're receiving and then asks you if you have any questions. In this case, when we picked up our prescriptions, the person walked over with a paper bag, stapled it, charged us, and then handed it to us. We should have thought not to trust that what they gave us was correct, but we didn't until we got home and saw that the prescription we received was not accurate. Not ideal place to fill. I have to call in with every prescription and make sure they are working on it. I just don’t think they check their call-ins very often. It’s usually takes several days. I don’t know what the disconnect is but there always is one. They are nice though, just terribly inefficient and can cause a whole big thing.
