It shouldn’t be impossible to get a hold of your pharmacy I have called 8 times now and three times of those calls have been answered and hung up the rest is basically endless loop of ending up on the main menu. We pay for our memberships and our prescriptions. This is the most ridiculous thing and horrible customer service.
Difficult to reach them by phone
Wish there was a zero stars option. Pharmacy clerks are rude. Sometimes they grunt at you instead of speaking. I've had such a hard time with them I have tried to write down what I need but they refuse to read anything you ask them to look at. Call to confirm something will be ready and when you show up, they have no idea what you're talking about. It's sad that when you are trying to manage prescription costs, this is the cheapest place but you pay the differential in personal misery and wasted time instead of money.
It’s getting worse each year. ordered med refills two days ago arrive to find out one of them won’t be in till tomorrow. Stating it comes from a central place. 25 min drive to pickup to find this out. Zero interest in actually answering my questions about why they didn’t call and tell me or send a text or anything. I told them this is the final straw. I’m done transferring meds elsewhere. Constant issues.
Takes them an hour to fill a prescription is wild. In my case there was no pills, they just slapped a sticker on a box.
