I’m writing this review with a heavy heart because I’ve always been a loyal customer of Costco Burlington. However, their pharmacy experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. The process of requesting a prescription refill is a tedious ordeal. I’ve had to call them multiple times, each time hoping for a prompt response. They promise to notify me when my medication is ready for pick-up, but that never seems to happen. I am agree with everyone review — cashiers are not nice , Costco pharmacy burlington not pick up the phone and I want to add more with short pills, so just warning everyone should count the pills , they always short not sure about their count problem or they do on purpose to earn more profit
It shouldn’t be impossible to get a hold of your pharmacy I have called 8 times now and three times of those calls have been answered and hung up the rest is basically endless loop of ending up on the main menu. We pay for our memberships and our prescriptions. This is the most ridiculous thing and horrible customer service.
