Terrible customer service,
never experienced such rudeness from a customer facing person at a pharmacy. when I told them I didn’t understand something, I was laughed at. I immediately transferred my prescriptions to a different pharmacy.
Very poor, impersonal and rushed customer service. Consistently dealt with unhelpful staff members who do not even pretend to care about your issues or concerns. No solution, only give you reasons why something cannot be done or show attitude. So I am gladly taking my business elsewhere.
