Went in to get a prescription to be filled, doctor's office didn't give me the correct paperwork. When I asked the guy at the prescription drop off window what I needed and the fax number it could be sent to, he gave me the answer of "It's on Google, just look it up". Then preceded to write down the costco pharmacy phone number not the fax number. I sure hope he can read medication bottles better than phone numbers.

Called to inquire about pricing on some medicine, the person who answered was pretty condescending. Refused to give me pricing without a prescription transfer first, the (literal) 6 other pharmacies did not require, I mean, why would I even transfer my prescription if I didn’t know the price first… In the end, he gave me a price range, but couldn’t even give me a transit time since it would have to be ordered in. Maybe he was just new, I’m not sure, but definitely not a good way to go about things

Usually good and dependable with reasonable dispensing fees. Today, had a very unhappy and unfriendly cashier at the pharmacy help out. Looked like she didn't want to be there, her name was Sherri. She should have gone back to bed or quit her job. Did not make me feel welcome and wanted to be a customer.
