The staff is great. They are very helpful.
The pharmacists didn't think the dosing of my new medication was correct. They phoned me to question the reason I was taking the meds. Asked if they could phone my Dr. to check. They went the extra mile. Very happy they checked for clarification. Thank you, Costco Pharmacy
Excellent and responsive Pharmacy. They always go above and beyond to help their customers. They treat people like human beings, unlike most pharmacies who treat people like cattle to be harvested for money.
I'm a big, long-time costco fan. But I don't know what's going on with the pharmacy. Prescription was for 90days, they dispensed 30 day supply and said they'd give a 90 day supply at the refill. at the refill they do it for a 24 days supply. So after asking for 90 day supply they tell me one more day and it would be ready and then at 845pm they call back to tell me the medication is back ordered and not available, so now we don't even get the 24 day supply.
