I strongly advise avoiding the pharmacy here. I waited nearly an hour for a prescription, only to be told it wasn't available right at closing time. They then provided an unusable photocopy that another pharmacy refused to accept, leaving me in severe pain all night. The next day, I returned and was met with total unresponsiveness—they ignored calls and faxes, made me wait endlessly while clearly in pain, and even laughed at my distress. This level of neglect is unacceptable.
Long waiting in optical, need more technician’s .
I had the worst experience at this Costco Pharmacy. I dropped off my prescription and was told to come back the next day. When I returned, they couldn’t even find my prescription, and my medication wasn’t ready. It was a complete waste of my time. The staff were rude, unprofessional, and not helpful at all. This is the WORST pharmacy I have ever been to! They have all the female employees who just don’t want to do the work or hate their jobs so much. They just don’t care about people’s time! They all keep on chatting with each other behind the glass and there is a single employee taking care of big line up. I waste 45mins every time even for a simple pickup which was ordered 1-2 days in advance. They should either stop accepting calls prescriptions or hire some good employees if they can’t handle the volume.
The pharmacy lines at Costco Huntington are pathetic. Everytime, every single time I've had to be there. Are they short or staff? But I see so many inside. Only 1 of the 3 cash counters is ever in use, no matter how long the line gets. Zero out of 5
