Probably one of the worst pharmacies I've been to. If you order the product 24 hours in advance, expect them not to do it until you arrive and make you wait an hour. I was made to wait 2 hours for a prescription ordered a day and a half prior.
Pick up the phone!!!!
No one in the pharmacy department EVER answers the phone, it's horrible! I've tried inputting the wrong Rx number on purpose, just so that I get prompted to speak with a pharmacist, and that still doesn't work. I'll have to contact head office. In person, the pharmacists are polite and respectful, but what's the point in having a phone number if you don't answer the phone??? ***Update*** I did reach head office on the phone, they put me on hold while they tried to reach out to this pharmacy themselves.
