Costco Pharmacy is always busy and usually you have to wait. However, all staff are polite, helpful and knowledgeable. When I had to have a prescription filled quickly because I had overlooked how close I was to running out, everyone did their best to help. I am grateful that they gave people who know what they are doing and do their best to solve your problems. Thank-you!!!

I had a very frustrating experience here. Yesterday I went to get eye drops for my child. The front desk staff told me it would take 4 hours and asked me to come back the next morning. When I returned the next morning as instructed, they could not find my prescription. After wasting a lot of time, they finally said they found it — but the medication had not even been prepared yet, and then asked me to wait another 30 minutes. This is a very slow and incompetent pharmacy! They had a week to get my prescription ready but they couldn’t do that and asked me to come the next day. The next day, I called and confirmed from their staff if the prescription is ready but no, they still couldn’t do it!! I wonder how hard is it to pickup medication from shelf and put it in a paper bag!
