Very bad service when calling in! They don’t even answer the phone! First time calling today (Sep. 10 @ 9:14 am) the lady who answered told me to hold but she never picked up the phone until it got transferred and when I got connected again no one answered! I called 4 more times and no one is picking up! I hope all of you get fired!!! You are not doing your job properly! Very poor service!

Once again I want to send compliments and a thank-you to the Staff at the Surrey Costco pharmacy. No matter my issue, they are always willing to help in a professional and friendly manner. I have been having a lot of issues with a medication. AJ, the pharmacist, took the time to explain possible solutions and questions to ask my Doctor. I feel so much better prepared for my next medical appointment. Thank-you, AJ. As always, the rest of the staff is courteous and professional.
The prescription pickup process is an absolute nightmare. I dropped off my prescription and was told to come back the next day. When I returned, I was told it would take another 20 minutes. I left for a short walk, and just one minute later I received a text saying my prescription was ready. I came straight back, only to find myself at the back of the line again, waiting another 20 minutes just to collect it. This level of disorganization is completely unacceptable.
