Worst pharmacy ever:( dropped my prescription Thursday went back Monday for pick line up 30 minutes as soon as my turn said my prescription not ready :( very frustrating dont recommend this pharmacy its very slow and staff not helpful at all!!!WORST PHARMACY ! rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience was extremely disappointing. My physician sent my prescription to this pharmacy on Thursday. When I called Friday to check on it, I was told I needed to come in and present government-issued ID before it could be filled. This location is 45 minutes from my home, but I made the drive on Sunday to provide the required identification. Costco Pharmacy really needs to improve its customer service. The staff sound disengaged and uninterested, with very little energy or enthusiasm when answering calls. It often feels like no one wants to pick up the phone or help. A more positive and energetic approach would make a big difference.
