Cheaper fees are great but the staff constantly refuses to fill my son's prescription per his doctor's request leading to them trying to fax and contact her while we wait around. Meanwhile the doctor leaves notes in the prescription to avoid this happening and they STILL DONT LISTEN. this has caused our son to go days without his medication multiple times.
This location is bustling with activity, but the staff strive to attend to each individual promptly and efficiently. I acknowledge that it can become chaotic, so I ensure to allocate at least an hour for drop-offs and pickups, especially when requesting same-day service. I appreciate the hard work and dedication of the team.
