This was an unacceptable and potentially dangerous failure by Costco Pharmacy. I requested my prescription be filled, and five full days later it still had not even been picked up by UPS. During this time, I ran out of my medication and became genuinely concerned about the health implications of missing doses. I specifically informed the pharmacy that I was out of medication, and I was assured that the shipment was prioritized. Not a Costco
This pharmacy has always been above average in asking what I need filled, and going over my history and supplements. Much better than any inperson pharmacy. Sometimes, they do call twice! But now, they have delivery within 24 hours. It's very convenient and easy
Do not ever use these people. After dealing with them,I would rather wait in line at Costco on the busiest day of the year with the grumpiest people than deal with this atrocious pharmacy. It all started when I transferred all of my prescriptions to them and they never filled them. Almost 2k of drugs a month, you think they would be glad to get my money, but no. It takes some time to get used to how it all works, but it's well worth it, considering the stress and frustration of dealing with big-name stand-in-line pharmacies. Better pricing on the dispensing fee. Fantastic delivery service (either arriving by Canada Post or by their delivery provider). Their website is not that intuitive when it comes to requesting refills, so some emailing may be involved from time to time.
