Multiple weeks without gettting product in to fill a script. Given no time frame when it will be filled. Unreliable.
Nice staff, great prices. Remember to refill a prescription you need to physically call or visit the counter. You can submit the prescriptions for refill via the app or online, but it will say in progress until you talk to a live person in the store. It took them a few times to get me trained on this but now I know the process. Sure this adds 15 minutes to my day (phone) or 50 minutes if I visit in person, but it still saves me $30 over other pharmacies.
It shouldn't take over 30 minutes to understand and empathize that I was frustrated with a computer crash in your pharmacy today. I know it isn't the fault of your pharmacy staff that I ultimately ended up waiting just about an hour for the issue to resolve, but it would have been nice for some reassurance from a manager/front end supervisor even within 30 minutes to ease my mind on the issue (even if that is a normal wait time, but for me it was just a matter of price as the items were already ready).
