Doctor sent prescription to pharmacy 4 times. Each time costco claimed it has not received the fax. 5 days later was called and told to come pick up prescription, told them I have changed my pharmacist because of this issue. Almost 1 week later delay for senior citizens is literally life or death for some.
The staff is courteous and remain calm even when it's extremely busy.
There are 8-10 pharmacists/pharmacy assistants, but it was slow and a long wait for my brother to pick up his medication. My family and I used to get our meds here, but due to the long wait times, we switched to another pharmacy where we're well taken care of.
