I got a very bad experience at Costco pharmacy, at Haggerty rd, Livonia. My Doctor sent 2 subscriptions to that pharmacy on 1/27/2024 afternoon, I went there to be told my insurance coverage had issue so the lady got my phone number and said would call me back, I later received text message saying my medicine was ready, when I went to pick up at the counter I was told to wait another half hour, after about 40 minutes, I was told another Costco pharmacy at Middlebelt road has my medicine ready, when I ask to check if there we... read more
