I'm returning my card. While I like quite a few of your products, your handling of the AMERICA book is disgraceful. The official response is lame and a lie. Pitiful!!!
since costco is tring to tell me what i should read by taking "America" out of their syore, i am going to think twice about renewing my membership................i have been a member for a number of years, but i will just use my refund from my gold membership to buy groceries instead of renewal.............a friend just bought a house and i was going to give her a membership as a housewarming gift.... but now, i will give her a SAM'S CLUB MEMBERSHIP
Can't speak for the other stores but it seems that every time we find something we like and buy it a few times, you stop carrying it. Drives us insane. M&M's for example....you've been out of them for MANY months and customer service says there's no sign of getting them back. Why? But you're stocked to the rafters with the peanut M&M's, you know, the peanuts that SO many kids are allergic to. Helloooooooooo! Looks like we'll be switching to Sams.
