We have been costco members for years, here in Merced,CA., and in N.Y. state. I own a recent model BMW and a set of 4 Bridgestone Serenity tires from Costco of Merced. The first time I brought it back to them for tire rotation was the summer of 2010 and they lifted the car in the wrong place bending and creasing the body kit below the back right door, it had to be reshaped, filled in, and repainted. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They keep the restrooms well-stocked here, and not just with the basics. There is mouthwash, lotion and other amenities. You can tell they want their clients to be as comfortable as possible.
