The Costco guys scratched 3 of 4 wheels and make a dent on my wheel while replacing tires. I showed them the scratches right after got my car back, but they deny that it's their fault. All scratches are radial and dent is covered by tire - there is no way I can make them when driving. I filed a claim, but they closed the case because they believe to their employees and don't believe to their customers. Never gonna use Costco tire replacement service again!!!
I see that you brought in Foster Farms Organic chicken to replace the Coleman Organic chicken. You should have kept both for customers that prefer the other. Today I will have to go to Redwood City and see if they still carry it there. Please bring it back.
