Literally the worst place to fill your prescription. Save yourself. Go to Walmart or Walgreens unless you want to take 3 trips to Costco and wait 30 min minimum each time
Today I had a very disappointing experience with the customer service lady named Rebecca. She was very unhelpful and seemed disinterested in assisting me with my prescription needs. My pet needed at least one emergency pill since he gets seizures and she was very rude by saying “oh well if you get a text message is that it got refilled “. I encountered difficulties using an online coupon for my prescription due to the pharmacy insisting I visit in person to provide the coupon details, despite them not having the medication in stock. After some insistence, the manager/pharmacist reluctantly accepted the coupon details over the phone, dismissing the initial refusal as a waste of time, which seemed inconsistent given the subsequent phone interaction.
Costco is great! But there pharmacy in Kennewick Wa, is not friendly. I needed a prescription transfer since they had my medication in stock and Costco said they will request in 3 days. They just dont seem to care about the customers.
