I typically love Costco. But today, I left angry. I checked out behind a nice family with a little girl, age 2, maybe 3 years old. I was also behind them when our receipts were checked at the door. The little girl anxiously asked if the receipt got a smiley face. The employee told her that they don't do that on the weekends and to look at all the people behind her waiting. Seriously?! Just take the 1.5 seconds to promote positive customer relations! What an angry, unhappy person representing you.
THEY NEED TO PUT UP SIGNS TO LET YOU KNOW WHAT'S DOWN THE AISLES , AND MAYBE PUT A RESTROOM IN BACK IN THE BACK OF THE STORE

Went for Gas. Best prices around. The people working the pumps were busy and did the best they could with everyone filling up for the snow storm. The only think that slowed them down was the people who want gas on the wrong side of the pump. Costco should post a sign and if they pull up make them go around and wait again. They wouldn't do it again.
