Poor customer service. Cashiers rude. Email customer service about service still didn't get a reply bad shopping experience.
Bought a shirt that was mislabeled, Costco sent me a letter with a $20 gift card and I could return shirt for a full refund. Wow! that customer service.

Worked at the Hoover Costco as a Seasonal Xmas worker selling Fish in Dec of 2014,was simply trying to make a little extra money for Xmas as i am a Personal Fitness Trainer and many of my clients were on vacation...Quickly realized i had made a huge mistake,Mangement there were total Assholes to have to work around,they were obsessed with with i did there 24/7,the job simply involved selling fish but those nit picking turdfloaters obsessed over it ...the bald headed Manager of the store was a complete Prick...will never set ... read more
