I have Parkinson's Disease and have a slower gait and am concerned about falling down. I walk behind the shopping cart. I've shopped at many different COSCOs and have never felt unsafe or disrespected. Today at San Marcos I encountered some of the rudest people, employees and customers, in my life. Bumping into me. This is the first time I've waited for Costco to open and I noticed most of the employees park away from the front door with the exception of the guy the black Range Rover in another worker with a dodge silver stratus, they must have VIP status?
Got new membership ; good for big size family but had a good time with my hubby & daughter on a Sunday 😃
Amazing experience! I am 9+ months pregnant and asked for help with lifting heavy dog food.. they gave me a personal shopper named Scott to help me with lifting and loading my car! Excellent customer service!! Thank you Costco!
