The last 3 times I was in the kalamazoo location, I was harassed by multiple employees. The last occurrence in one visit was 3 different employees, who were extremely rude and disrespectful. No my 2 year old son will NOT wear a mask! So don’t chase me down to tell me that. Stephanie, some kind of management, was the most disrespectful. It was great spending time with my daughter while she shopped I recommend just about everything in the food department they have more good food than I can eat they’re prepared dinners are deliciousBut I do miss that you do not have the deluxe pizzas anymore you only have the greasy pepperoni pizza I miss the chocolate milk I miss the cinnamon not buns or whatever they were it seems you need to bring them all back I don’t know why you deleted them
The Lancaster Pa. Costco is absolutely horrible! My mask was not high enough for There liking and the optical person had to step off of her soap box to get the manager and make a big deal about it. After that i was harassed many times when i needed to call my eye doctor to get my prescription corrected and my mask slipped below my forehead again because they want your whole face covered apparently. Sadly it appears Costco is doing its best to destroy customer service. In the past customer service was always a priority at every Costco I shopped. I’ve been an Executive Member for nearly 20 years and spend thousands each year at Costco. But it’s time to rethink my loyalty to a retail establishment that has so little regard for customers. Yesterday I had had a pair of diamond earrings lifted from my cart while I was loading my purchases in my car. I thought that I had misplaced them and looked everywhere before I went back to the office to see if someone turned them in. No Luck, however the management alerted all the employees about the loss. The management reviewed video that evening and saw the person and his vehicle who lifted the 1.5 inch box from the cart. They gave every employee a description and the guy showed up again today. Love to go to Costco, always new cool stuff, employees are always helpful and even when is always busy there never take too long to pay, specially now with the new auto self sistem.
