Love Cosco! I love the quantities of everything, and the employees were very helpful on directing me where things were.
They didn't have what I was there for. I asked 2 floor employees when what I needed might return. They told me to ask up front and oh my God did that go poorly. Apparently Saturday is don't bother the check out guy OR the merchandise department with questions about merchandise availability day at the Clovis Costco. I have never had an experience like this at any Costco. I will give them the benefit of the doubt and return but damn, the rudeness was over the top.
No problems...they had everything I needed and the lines moved along quickly.
Worst experience! Bought tires for our truck, the SAME size tires that have been on it since it rolled out of the dealership parking lot. They refused to install them saying goes they were not stock, yet the dealership sold it that way. So, ok...we go on with it. Then we ask to refund the install fee and we would have them installed elsewhere...NOPE could not do that either! We have to have everything refunded and repurchase through membership.
