I just got done shopping here. I’m a single mom with a five year old so this is the place to go. Everything went fine until I got to the checkout. The cashier Stacy b was too busy chatting with the previous customers (they were already paid and done) to get me tell her I had changed my mind on one thing so I repeated myself, twice. I always love Costco but I had great customer service today!! I had purchased quite a few items and when I got home I realized I didn’t have the batteries I had bought. I searched my apartment and car and they were nowhere to be found. I went to customer service and they told me I could get another package no questions asked. I really appreciated their understanding!
The first time I’ve ever shopped here so I asked one of the employees where the Gatorade and soda were, she asked if I was familiar with the store layout and I said no, only the second time I’ve been here. I didn’t tell her that the first time I only made a delivery, so it actually was my first time. Anyway Dori proceeded to help me find everything I was looking for. THANK YOU Dori

This was my first delivery in about 2ys to a Costco. Got there about 6:30pm on Monday. Did everything I was told to arrv for a nonappointment. Denise was very helpful and advised parking in a dock due to no parking in the rear for a truck. At 0400 went in and receiver said Denise was wrong to tell me to park there. Got unloaded by 4:30am. I thank those involved getting me taken care of.
