I’ve been going here for YEARS and never had a single problem. I’ve always been very polite and kind, as I understand it can be stressful when people are upset about not getting prescriptions. However the last couple of times I’ve gone to get a prescription I’ve been met with genuinely some of the rudest people. Incredibly unreliable and rude. Will lie and argue about when medication is needed and due making you wait days for medication you rely on daily.
Told to wait 30 minutes, 30 minutes later told to wait another 30 minutes, 30 minutes later told to wait another 30 minutes. Prescriptions weren't even printed after hours. Girl at counter didn't even look into it. Pretty bad service.
I’ve been getting my meds here for a couple of years until recently. I got married and changed my last name, then all of a sudden, they told me I never received meds here. They then proceeded to tell me the wrong person’s info and meds - a major HIPAA violation. On top of that, it took over an hour for me to get a flu shot. Your internet service said that my prescriptions were not valid/expired. Called the prescription department by phone and was told the opposite. My prescriptions were current and you would fill them which when I called today they were shipped. I spent the weekend fretting about this.
