Im so tired of hearing "we're short staffed" for an excuse for bad customer service and/or rude pharmacy cashiers. Hire adequate and nice staff so that you can provide a quality service. Pharmacist are always great. I've never experienced this level of rudeness at costco before. Jen- maybe you should find another line of work because people skills is not your forte.
Lately their service has been horribly affected and they say they are 3 days behind. This is a huge inconvenience when trying to get your necessary meds and missing a day can really affect your medical health.
They text you saying your prescription is ready when it’s not. I repeatedly asked for a specific brand of medicine and spoke to multiple staff over the phone and in person. After standing in line for over 40 minutes I got to the counter. While trying to straighten out my prescription a second pharmacist came over and told me to come back another time when they had less people in line. As if I had not just stood in that same line? They are so rude here. The employees have really perfected the art of giving off an “I despise you” vibe.
