They text you saying your prescription is ready when it’s not. I repeatedly asked for a specific brand of medicine and spoke to multiple staff over the phone and in person. After standing in line for over 40 minutes I got to the counter. While trying to straighten out my prescription a second pharmacist came over and told me to come back another time when they had less people in line. As if I had not just stood in that same line? They are so rude here. The employees have really perfected the art of giving off an “I despise you” vibe.
I use them all the time. Great service and friendly staff.
My god the worst Costco pharmacy I've ever been to. Didn't fill scripts when ordered, waived anyone ahead they see, line be damned. What's the point of the line marker then? Then they chitchat for eternity despite the business of the store. Will not be returning.
