The staff at Costco Pharmacy in Redding all seem like they are in misery at their jobs. No friendly people. They operate like robots and hate when I ask questions about insurance or medication status. Believe me, there are many pharmacies to choose from out there, why settle for unfriendly staff?
I’ve been going here for YEARS and never had a single problem. I’ve always been very polite and kind, as I understand it can be stressful when people are upset about not getting prescriptions. However the last couple of times I’ve gone to get a prescription I’ve been met with genuinely some of the rudest people. I got hung up on when I called and patiently waited on hold for 15 minutes while checking on a prescription status. Incredibly unreliable and rude. Will lie and argue about when medication is needed and due making you wait days for medication you rely on daily.
Told to wait 30 minutes, 30 minutes later told to wait another 30 minutes, 30 minutes later told to wait another 30 minutes. Prescriptions weren't even printed after hours. Girl at counter didn't even look into it. Pretty bad service.
