Wrong Notification Many Times: receiving texts saying my meds are ready to be picked up. However, multiple times when I was at the counter, they indifferently told me to wait another hour to pick them up. If that's the case, what's the point of the ready-to-pick-up notifications?
Hours posted online and in app are incorrect. I was told by a manager that they have been "trying" to fix it for months...months really? A text based change on a website is by far the easiest of changes to make. Medicine is an extremely important aspect of people's lives that shouldn't be made more difficult by the laziness of a multi-billion dollar company
