Today my husband and I were in line for the 9am opening for seniors. About 4 customers ahead of us was a black couple who was told the wife couldn't enter because she wasn't 60. We did not witness the young man at the door ask anyone else how old they were before entering the store. In fact, I'm not 60 and was never questioned. Please offer additional training to staff to ensure they are not viewed as racially insensitive to your customers.
I went to CDA Costco today and they required that I wear a mask and fought with me over the fact that I wear a mask but my 2 year old not wear one even though he was willing to do so and then refused my business because i wanted my child to aslo wear one!! their excuse was that later he would want to take it off. hello Fred meyer! goodbye costco!
The store has now chosen to refuse service if your not wearing a mask. It's only a couple of months to late.
