Thefts and no cameras and no security
Excellent service, quality products and short lines at check-out
Today I went to Costco in Arlington. I am ready to buy a tv and had narrowed it down between 2 tv's. Waited and waited for a long time in the tv department. No one to help me. The only guy in the whole area was hanging out at the jewelry area with a customer and someone else. I gave up and left. So much for Costco customer service and makes me rethink about buying a tv from Costco.
I am a Executive member of Costco and a Plus member of Sams Club and all these years I have always heard and believed based on my own experience that Costco membership was more valuable not only for the quality of products that they carry but also for prices and customer service. However, that is no longer the case. There was a pretty big mistake made at the pharmacy for a medication that was needed ASAP. Where other places would say something along the lines of “sorry, you’ll just need to wait” and not do anything, the employees at the pharmacy worked pretty exclusively on my problem for about an hour to make sure it was resolved. They went above and beyond calling every Costco nearby to see if they had my medication and when they didn’t, they began calling other pharmacies in the area until they found one that not only had the medicat... read more
I always find the things I need and some stuff I dont need !!! but the prices are fantastic for stocking up.
