I am disappointed with the service I received. They called me and told me my frames were ready that I ordered & when I got there they were in fact not correct. They thought my broken frames were the new ones….. then when I got there they offered to ship my frames when they got there for the inconvenience and I gave them my new address. When they arrived at the store, they called me and left me a voicemail saying they were shipping my glasses to the incorrect address even though I gave them the new one. The OG Costco in Charlotte. I have been a member since this Costco first opened in Charlotte decades ago and I have always been a fan! Excellent customer service, great selection of name brand and Kirkland brand stuff. There are folks who are working here for 2 decades now! Awesome gas station that beats the other gas station prices. The only problem is that it is super crowded during the weekends and even some weekdays. Love this store and highly recommend!!
The check-in scan app for waiting is useless. The staff do not make it easier either. They seem to focus more on prolonging interactions with individual customers, not out of a desire to provide personalized service but seemingly to pass the time until their shifts end. This approach, unfortunately, results in extended wait times for others and gives the impression that efficiency and customer satisfaction are not their priorities. One star is generous.
