Better prices here. Sally was great guidance, the guys had good opinions on my frame questions.
I struggled to get the correct prescription. The doctor insisted I should trust him when I told him the glasses he prescribed didn't work. (Ended up with useless glasses). Also, the person at the counter failed to tell me what my insurance was paying.
One person to service all. Told to pick a number and be there waiting. Each patient can be 20 minutes of wait time.
