Insanely rude employees. This is my last time with Costco. I have been coming here for years and the employees are always so insanely rude and I’m over it. You couldn’t pay me to visit the optical department at lakeside anymore.
Randy was extremely helpful ! He was explaining things as he was training someone else and made the whole process easy.
Amy made ordering my contacts a breeze. Great prices. Great selection. Would give extra stars just for her if I could. Great department with great people. Can't go wrong getting your glasses and contacts from here.
They have a great selection of designer glasses. They make sure you are 100 percent satisfied with your glasses. Great manager and helpful employees. Their prices are the best as compared. Very satisfied.
I’m going to say I love Costco’s speed in receiving my lenses. But, every time I have visited the center, the staff has been just rude. They’re very nice at first, but then they get extremely tonal and irritable it just feels like I’m inconveniencing them for doing their job. I work in the service industry, I know people are hard to deal with. But, when I’ve done nothing to provoke them, I just don’t understand the issue. I’ve been to this department 4 times, and I’m met with this situation each time.
