Insanely rude employees. This is my last time with Costco. I have been coming here for years and the employees are always so insanely rude and I’m over it. You couldn’t pay me to visit the optical department at lakeside anymore.
Randy was extremely helpful ! He was explaining things as he was training someone else and made the whole process easy.
Amy made ordering my contacts a breeze. Great prices. Great selection. Would give extra stars just for her if I could. Great department with great people. Can't go wrong getting your glasses and contacts from here.
They have a great selection of designer glasses. They make sure you are 100 percent satisfied with your glasses. Great manager and helpful employees. Their prices are the best as compared. Very satisfied.
