I always have had a great time with my eye exams with Dr. Kirsch! This was my second time with him for my yearly checkup on my eyes and just like last time he was so kind and answers any questions I have with such a caring demeanor. I made an appointment over the phone, set the appointment in my calendar immediately after and show up to my appointment just to be told that my appointment wasn't scheduled for today. I explained to the front desk that I immediately texted someone after I got off the phone AND set it in my calendar and I had to drop off my kids in another city to even make it to the appointment and her excuse was that the person who set the appointment is "experienced" and she wouldn't make a mistake and also stated she has kids too. Edit : Dr. Vu fixed the issue but still had to wait to get correct ones. First bad optometrist in 30 years. Mr. Li lowered my prescription. Front desk girl lied about it, had to ask for exact numbers. Costco needs to change/improve their services.

The Optometrist here DO NOT perform a thorough job. Everything is rushed and they are just doing the basics. No eye pressure tests, pupil dilation to see the back of the eye, or other specific eye exams are provided. I came here a few weeks ago and the Optometrist informed me on inspection of my eyes everything was normal. Yesterday, I went to another Optometrist in the neighborhood and they informed me I had small cholesterol deposits in my eye. COSTCO Optometrist you have to step up your game and do a better job.
