Dr Clark has taken care of me and my son. She is great at what she does. She is down to earth and treats you as if your family. Please don’t enter her office when she has another person in there. Just smile and wave, she sees you and will check you in when she is done.
Zero stars ….. Visit if you want to be yelled at by the doctor/receptionist. Incredibly rude and mean. Initially, I thought it was just my experience, but after reading the reviews, I realized it's a common issue. Extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. I'd rather pay double to go somewhere else where I'm not yelled at. Would never recommend or revisit.
The experience was pleasant. I wrote down the wrong time for my appointment so I arrived 30mins late. When I arrived, there was a person ahead of me waiting to be seen. The staff politely explained I’d be seen next, and got me checked in. Dr Clark was communicative and efficient. The whole process took maybe 35min including wait time to be seen. The cost for services was within expectation. I hope not to need to go back lol, But I’d recommend this vision center to anyone in need of eye care.
