The Costco employee who was working the gas station went above and beyond when he helped to push my car away from the gas pumps. The only way the experience could have been better is if the rain would have stopped. He was very helpful in his instructions for what I needed to do so he could get the car to a safer place.
Whats not too like? Stores are pretty much laid out the same where ever you go. Item selection is more geographical, (wish we had some product in St Louis ) in and out quickly, bright and clean. Gasoline was about 10 - 15 cents cheaper than the street. Sampling was plentiful.
Overall a great experience. Considering it was the Saturday after Thanksgiving, it was not too bad. Since this was a new location for me, I would have liked to have found at least one person on the floor to ask a question or two....we were surprised to not see very many food sample people. LOL.
Got the wrong prescription for glasses for driving from Costco and they would not even do a exchange for a new pair of glasses. The US government had to pay for the glasses really in the long run. I have been involved in several business Costco accounts and Crissy at the Issaquah has never taken care of this Issue
Today after having a flu shot my son passed out while at the checkout. The staff were fantastic and helped until paramedics arrived. Thank you so much you made a scary situation easier for this afraid mom.
Wow very friendly people definitely we are going back soon
