I purchased Michelin tires here which are still under warranty. One of the tires became unrepairable due to a nail in the the sidewall. Michelin has discontinued this tire and I was told I have to purchase all four tires and they can only warranty one tire that is damaged. Costco was unable to find a matching tire. The tires have to match in order to rotate them. 2 weeks it's taken them and given me the run around. The checkout lines take too long...at least a 20 minute wait, not enough cashier's.
The place was way too crowded and too few check out clerks. I went specifically to buy the T-fal pan that was on ad...you had none. Went home to order on line only to find out they were also OUT of stock and took the ad down. I'm sad as I was buying them for two different wedding presents.
Condescending treatment by employee named "Huston" tonight at the gas pumps. Thanks for hiring trash to work at your store. Looks like Sam's Club has a new member since Costco is sinking into the gutter.
Why do you guys sell food with worms in it? Doesn't seem too safe....
More QC needed on the sale of the fish came home after buying Cod and ready to prepare and cook and found a worm wiggling around on the filets...pretty disgusting to see...returned it the same day...not the first time this happens and was told by a cashier that people were returning Salmon that had E Coli....OMG....please figure out how to better inspect the products with your Kirkland label....never buying fish here again...
